We took over the locksmiths new website and redesigned the landing page to feature a visual interactive page which directs customers straight to the services they require. The page also gives a link straight to an industry link where they are listed as a trusted locksmith for customer reassurance and safety.
The adverts designed for the local community feature on the website to ensure brand continuity across different media platforms. These also feature on social media to bring the brand to the forefront of the customers attention in both the digital and real world advertising ensuring a consistent brand message.
The original home page featured a slider with some generic menu tabs.
We change the first part of the home page to feature the keys and when hovered over has an image of the company shop, so the customers looking up the client will instantly recognise the shop.
Further down the home page we feature three large images of services which are hover pages that lead to the section on the website.
We identified three key services that customers regularly use and used them on the homepage to provide a quick navigation to them.
We used the adverts and a photograph of one of the locksmith vans to create a personalised website for the company that projects their adverts and brand values that we had been working on.
The result is a fast, easy to use and highly visual website that aligns with the company’s visual brand in the local community.
Each image when hovered on reveals a picture of the service and takes the customer straight to the webpage with more information on the service they are looking for.
Each image changes to a picture of the service represented that the customer can easily identify.
Each large icon changes to a picture of the service provided and takes the user to that page making a quick navigation tool around the website rather than going through the menu.
The end of the page features a link to a professional body that authenticates their trustworthy reputation and the company’s professional memberships and the location and address of the company shop.
The web page is presented in brand colours and highly visual to make it easy for customers to use.
